Pokémon Go maker Niantic has launched a global Augmented Reality (AR) alliance to provide 5G-ready AR content for mobile carriers. Dating app downloads jumped 18% globally during Q2 2020

App usage patterns changed dramatically over the course of the first half of 2020, in light of coronavirus lockdowns.
