Times42 is an online service for reading news from different online sources. Your privacy is very important to us. We have developed this Privacy Policy in order for you to understand how we collect, use, communicate, disclose and make use of personal information.

Times42 is operated by Serenda Estonia Llc, a company registered in Estonia.

Age Restrictions
14 years old and older may register at Times42 (higher threshold may apply in certain cases and/or countries). Minors, or any person younger than 14, are strictly prohibited. Please do not attempt becoming a member if you are not at least 14 years of age.

Personally Identifying Information Provided to and Collected by Times42
Any information a user shares using Times42's services about himself or herself will be deemed a voluntary disclosure of very limited personal information. Personally identifiable information that our site will collect and store may include username, mail address and password.

Users will also have the option of permitting Times42 to collect, store, and post your personal information shared on other social networking services. Times42 will not collect, store, or post this information unless a user has expressly opted-in to this service by agreeing to the “allow access” verification upon signup or by choosing to opt-in to the service post signup. Times42's Disclosures of Your Information
Aside from the few narrow exceptions directly addressed in this Privacy Policy, the personal information that you share via Times42 services will be accessible to everyone visiting your Times42 profile, including users visiting our website as non-registered members.

Times42 reserves the right to disclose certain information in the files we maintain about you, and the other information we obtain from your current and past activities at Times42, to resolve disputes, troubleshoot problems and enforce our Terms of Service. However, we recognize that children under the age of 13 may access our services without Times42 's consent. The collection of this information is covered above. Parents or Legal Guardians may request from us to review, delete or stop the collection of the personally identifiable information of their child. You may do so emailing us at info@times42.com. Times42 may be required by law enforcement or judicial authorities to provide personally identifiable information to appropriate governmental authorities. If requested by law enforcement or judicial authorities, we will provide this information upon receipt of the appropriate documentation. Times42 may also provide information to law enforcement to protect its property and the health and safety of individuals as permitted by statute.

Password
Individuals signing up for Times42 may be given the opportunity to create a unique password to use as an identifier and login. This password will be protected by system administrators and will not be intentionally shared with third parties under any circumstances.

E-Mail
Times42 may use the information you provide to contact you regarding Times42. Times42 will not send unsolicited commercial e-mail unrelated to Times42, nor will Times42 share your e-mail address with third parties. We don't share your personal information to third parties and any third party offers can be managed by you in your Account Settings section. The e-mails we send to you may contain code, which allows Times42 to track usage of the e-mail, including whether the e-mail was opened and/or what links (if any) were clicked.

Browser Information
Times42 does not collect personally identifiable information from your computer when you browse the website and request pages from our servers. However, Times42 may log IP addresses for systems administration purposes. IP addresses are logged to track a user's session, to identify problems in development, investigate fraudulent use of Times42 services, and for other reasons at our discretion. We also use this information to better understand how visitors use our services and how we can better tune our services' contents and functionality to meet your needs.

Cookies
Cookies are required to use Times42's website properly. Times42 uses both session ID cookies and persistent cookies. A cookie is a small data file that can include an anonymous unique identifier that is stored on the computer hard drive of the user. Session cookies are temporary cookies that remain in a file of the browser until logged out of the website. Session cookies do not store any personally identifying information, only a unique visitor ID that is used to improve the Times42 user experience. Persistent cookies remain in the cookie file of the browser after leaving the Times42 website. Times42 will exercise reasonable care in providing secure transmission of information between the user's computer and Times42's servers, and the storage of information on those servers. However, Times42 cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information transmitted to Times42 over the Internet and accepts no liability for any unintentional disclosure. Times42 also cannot ensure or warrant the security or stability of any user's computer for reasons including, but not limited to, viruses or other types of malware. Statements made in this Privacy Policy, regarding Times42 's privacy policies, are only intended to apply to intentional disclosures. Our security and privacy policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary, and only authorized individuals have access to the information provided by our users.

Limitation of Liability
Times42 services are created solely for the use of fourteen (14) years of age and older (higher threshold may apply in certain cases and/or countries). As such, Times42 services are not suitable for children. Use of Times42 services is at the risk of the user, and Times42 disclaims all responsibility for any loss, injury, or other damage that might be suffered in consequence of any reliance upon or exposure to any part of this site.

Opt-Out
To deactivate their profile from our database, users may sign in and deactivate their profile. These options are available from “Account Settings” page.

Warning: Even after you deactivate your account, copies of that information may still be viewable and/or accessed on the Internet to the extent such information has been previously shared with others, or copied or stored by other users or to the extent such information has been shared with search engines. We cannot control these activities, and therefore do not accept any responsibility for such exchange of information. If you have given third party applications or websites access to your personal information they may retain such information to the extent permitted under their terms of service or privacy policies.

Correcting and Updating Information
Once logged in, go to your Times42 profile; all fields will be editable at this stage.
