Food and drink app sessions increased 105% in 2020

App sessions in food and drink apps rose 105% year-on-year according to the latest data from App Annie, the mobile analytics company. Although global app sessions in takeaway apps dropped during Q1 2020 to 1.81 billion in March, they quickly recovered and spiked to 3.02 billion in December 2020. Stripe raises $600 million to expand European app business

Payment app Stripe just raised $600 million bringing its total valuation to a whopping $95 billion. Average mobile game file size increased 76% over last five years

Mobile games are becoming larger. According to research from SensorTower, the average file size of mobile games increased by 76% in the US since 2016.
