App Store must do more to prevent high number of fraudulent apps

Around 2% of the 1,000 top-grossing apps in the Apple App Store are scams, according to a recent analysis by The Washington Post. Financial and banking app downloads have increased 132% globally according to the latest report from app marketing expert AppsFlyer. Post-pandemic eCommerce ad spend up nearly 50% in US

The pandemic accelerated eCommerce advertising in the US to 49.8%, according to data from eMarketer.
