Facebook launched a new music app called BARS that allows users to create and share their raps to professional beats. It follows the release of its Collab music video app which rivals TikTok and other short-form video apps. But while Collab is geared toward users making music together, BARS focuses at wannabe rappers. Users can select from hundreds of quality beats, then write their own lyrics and record a video. To make things a little more fun, Facebook added a Challenge mode which nudges users to freesty
