Apple's first Developer Center in Europe will open its doors in Berlin later this year

Apple is looking to improve its relationship with and help out app developers in Europe as it announces plans to open its first Apple Developer Center on the continent. It will be located in the Mitte district of Berlin, Germany, and will open its doors later this year. Apple already has Developer Centers in Bengaluru, Cupertino, Shanghai and Singapore.

Tata factory making iPhone backplates in India won't be shut down due to pollution

A factory supplying iPhone parts in India won't be shut down after all. The plant in Hosur, Tamil Nadu was under investigation by the Tamil Nadu Pollution Control Board (TNPCB) since December 2025, after farmers near the facility complained about factory wastewater contaminating their land and wells.
