Instagram adds pointless opt-in "AI Creator" labels

Instagram has started testing an "AI creator" label for accounts that frequently post AI-generated content. It seems like this is opt-in, so the owner of the account needs to want this label in order to get it. If they do go this route, then an "AI creator" label will appear on their profile and alongside their content. It's still a test, so not everyone has access to it yet, but... Read more

Samsung confirms the Galaxy A27

Samsung's Galaxy A27 first surfaced in November, and more recently we saw it in the Geekbench database in early April, then it starred in some leaked renders not long afterwards. Today Samsung itself has confirmed that the Galaxy A27 is a real device that is coming soon. It's not surprising, of course, but it's still good to have an official confirmation. The Korean company still hasn't unveiled the phone, by... Read more

Sony Xperia 1 VIII gets prematurely listed by Amazon revealing pricing and the release date

The upcoming Sony Xperia 1 VIII has just been mistakenly listed by Amazon in both Germany and the UK. The listings reveal a release date of June 26. The pricing is insane: €1,868.99 in Germany, £1,728 in the UK. Do however keep in mind that the prices may just be placeholders - sometimes such early listings do their best to guess the official price, and they're not necessarily a good... Read more
