Lava launched the Lava Shark 4G last March, and followed it up with the Shark 5G in May. Today, the Indian handset maker announced the Lava Shark 2, which is a 5G smartphone and is powered by the Unisoc T8200 SoC.
The Lava Shark 2 has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage, expandable up to 1TB via a microSD card. The smartphone runs Android 16 out of the box, without ads and bloatware, and comes with the promise of one Android OS upgrade and security updates for two years.
