For the "foreseeable future," Sony says it has stopped accepting new orders for most of its CFexpress and SD memory card lines due to the an ongoing memory supply shortage. AT&T has now announced that it has finalized its acquisition of $23 billion worth of spectrum licenses from EchoStar. The transaction was announced back in August of last year.
