A New AI Superagent Race Is Pitting OpenAI and Anthropic Against Microsoft and Salesforce

Even as Anthropic and OpenAI unnerve stock market investors with business-focused AI products that could undermine existing enterprise software firms, the software incumbents are trying to catch up.
