Dutch court orders probe into Chinese-owned chipmaker Nexperia

A Dutch court on Wednesday ordered a formal investigation into mismanagement at Nexperia, which is a Chinese-owned chip firm. The court previously played a key part in the row over Nexperia in October when it suspended the Chinese CEO Zhang Xuezheng, citing concerns over his management.
