Microsoft has signed $33 billion in deals with "neocloud" GPU-as-a-service providers to date, underlined by its $19.4 billion spend on neocloud provider Nebius. The move comes as Microsoft seeks to outsource the processing for its own internal workloads, so it can rent its internal datacenter infrastructure out for profit.
