Apple unveiled its latest iPads today with the 11” and 13” iPad Air (2025) getting the Apple M3 chip. They are joined by the new baseline iPad (2025), which features an updated A16 Bionic chipset and 128GB base storage. The new chipsets are pretty much the only meaningful additions for the trio of new iPads.
The Air 11” and 13” models get the M3 series chip (8-core CPU, 9-core GPU, 16-core NPU) which replaces the M2 in last year’s models. The SoC is paired with 8GB RAM. Apple says the M3 iPad Airs.
