Josh app maker secures $450 million in funding

Consumers were spending 34% more on video and photo apps

US consumers spent 34% more on video and photo apps during the second quarter of 2021 compared to the same period in the year before. TikTok was the most downloaded non-gaming app in July 2021 globally. The app saw some 63 million installs during the summer month, according to figures from SensorTower.
