Four-bedroom home in Milpitas sells for $3.1 million

A 3,389-square-foot house built in 1988 has changed hands. The spacious property located in the 2100 block of Fieldcrest Drive in Milpitas was sold on Sept. 25, 2023. The $3,126,500 purchase price works out to $923 per square foot.
