The listing shows Dimensity 9300 will feature a 1 + 3 + 4 CPU architecture. The prime core is clocked at 3.25 GHz and is likely a Cortex-X4 Prime. There are 3x Cortex-A720 performance cores clocked at 2.85 GHz and 4x units.
