Обнаружил что в скриптах сборки время от времени подвисает node-pre-gyp, который скачивает прекомпилированные бинарные библиотеки.Начал выяснять откуда он их пытается скачать - оказывается, github.Проверил github без VPN - оказывается, релизы с release-assets.githubusercontent.com не скачиваются. Причем из консоли еще скачиваются, из браузера не открываются. Вероятно, иногда и из консоли блокируется.То есть частичная блокировка гитхаба все еще продолжается.
