Обнаружил что в скриптах сборки время от времени подвисает node-pre-gyp, который скачивает прекомпилированные бинарные библиотеки.Начал выяснять откуда он их пытается скачать - оказывается, github.Проверил github без VPN - оказывается, релизы с release-assets.githubusercontent.com не скачиваются.
