Samsung's upcoming Galaxy Z Flip8 was certified by the FCC earlier this month. Now, the folks over at Android Authority have done a deep dive into the documents that the FCC has published, and they have discovered clear confirmation that the phone will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
The image below references the SoC's model number, which is SM8850. So, the Galaxy Z Flip8 will definitely be powered by Qualcomm's latest and greatest chip in the US.
