Samsung is rumored to be launching the Galaxy S27 Pro alongside the Galaxy S27, Galaxy S27+, and Galaxy S27 Ultra in January. The Pro will apparently be a smaller Ultra, without an S Pen. It's allegedly going to have a 6.47-inch screen, and the same main camera and ultrawide as the Ultra (but a different telephoto). If you've been wondering what to expect from the Pro in terms of battery... Read more ›

Renders of the Samsung Galaxy A27, which leaked last week, showed the smartphone in three colors and corroborated previous design leaks. Now, we are looking at the Galaxy A27 in a new color, which might be called Awesome Mint, as its images were included in a retail listing. You can check them below. The Galaxy A27 is expected to go official in H2 2026, but Samsung hasn't announced the launch... Read more ›

The gap between smartphone chips in 2026 is absurd. The fastest chip we’ve tested is roughly 15 times more powerful than the slowest one still found in modern smartphones. And yet both can run essentially the same apps, games and operating systems. Mobile silicon has become wildly diverse. Of course, raw performance isn’t everything. Software optimization, thermal management, storage speed and app behavior all play a huge role in how... Read more ›

Samsung is expected to unveil its next-gen Galaxy Watches alongside its new folding smartphones, rumored to go official on July 22 at an event in London. Samsung hasn't confirmed how many smartwatches it will unveil, but the charging speeds of two of them have been revealed as they got 3C certified. The two Samsung smartwatches, bearing model code SM-L3550 and SM-L7150, have appeared in the 3C database with support for... Read more ›

Predictably, the €100 price hike on the Xiaomi 17T series upset many voters in last week’s poll. However, Xiaomi did make some good choices too. The Xiaomi 17T is smaller than its predecessor and its Pro sibling – it has a 6.59” display versus 6.83” on the 15T and 17T Pro. Barely anyone complained about the smaller size, so, well done Xiaomi. The big battery (6,500mAh) inside the phone certainly... Read more ›

Motorola joined the flip foldable market pretty early on with the Razr 2019, a few months before Samsung unveiled the Galaxy Z Flip (a delayed launch meant that these two arrived very close together). However, Samsung had kicked things off with a book-style foldable the year before, while Motorola took this long to make its first. The Motorola Razr Fold is already available in multiple regions, starting with the UK... Read more ›

Another week, another couple of foldable iPhone stories. The first is a big one, coming straight from Ice Universe; it's a photo of the device in the wild. The photo shows the White/Silver finish of the inaugural foldable and confirms its stocky shape. Another rumor claims the foldable iPhone will have a vapor chamber for cooling. It's not surprising, given that the iPhone Pro models have a vapor chamber. Motorola... Read more ›
