Asus re-enters tablet market with the new 12.2-inch Pad

Last month, a rumor suggested that Asus was preparing to re-enter the tablet market. Now, the company has officially confirmed its return to the category with the announcement of the new Asus Pad.

The Asus Pad features a 12.2-inch dual-layer OLED display that offers a refresh rate of 144Hz, a 3:2 aspect ratio, 600 nits of brightness, and 2,800 x 1,840 pixels resolution.



Under the hood, the tablet is powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 8300 chipset, paired with 8GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 256GB of UFS
