A future Samsung device will be powered by MediaTek's Dimensity 9500 SoC, according to information from code inside Samsung's AI Core app. The code references the Dimensity 9500 by its model number.
It doesn't tell us exactly which device this will be, but it stands to reason that we're talking about the upcoming Galaxy Tab S12 series, since the Tab S11 line used the Dimensity 9400+. Thus, this would be a normal and expected upgrade for the Korean company's tablet family.

Read more ›

Read more ›

Xiaomi's upcoming Mix Fold 5 may have just been certified for sale in China with the model number 2608BPX34C. This is interesting because the Mix Fold 5 has reached this step before any of the Xiaomi 18 family members. That could imply that the Mix Fold 5 won't launch alongside those devices in September, but will perhaps be introduced earlier. There's usually something happening in mid-August, and that sounds like... Read more ›

We finally got our hands on the Motorola Razr 70 Ultra (aka Razr Ultra 2026 in North America), and it's looking quite familiar. Here it is next to its predecessor - physically, aside from the different back panel on these specific two models, there's not much of a difference. You've got mostly the same displays - 7.0-inch 165Hz on the inside, 4.0-inch cover screen; the same SoC - a now-aging... Read more ›

Sony just announced its first LOFIC image sensor, the Lytia 910. “LOFIC” stands for “Lateral Overflow Integration Capacitor”. In other words, it solves the issue of photodiodes becoming saturated by too much light by placing a capacitor next to each diode – this significantly increases the full well capacity of each pixel. According to Sony, the Lytia 910 will have 100dB of dynamic range – with a single exposure! For... Read more ›

After they viewed them once, the messages will disappear.
