According to a new report, Samsung is going to deliver Scam Detection from the get-go on the upcoming Galaxy Z Fold8, Galaxy Z Flip8, and the "Wide Fold", whatever its actual commercial name ends up being.
This was revealed through code inside the latest beta version of the Phone by Google app, which suggests the Gemini-powered feature is expanding to Samsung's next-gen foldables. Currently, Scam Detection only works in the US, but Samsung may be looking to expand its geographical footprint too.
