VentureBeat · 03/16/2026 16:30 EDT

Nvidia on Monday unveiled a deskside supercomputer powerful enough to run AI models with up to one trillion parameters — roughly the scale of GPT-4 — without touching the cloud. The machine, called the DGX Station, packs 748 gigabytes of coherent memory and 20 petaflops of compute into a box that sits next to a monitor, and it may be the most significant personal computing product since the original Mac Pro convinced creative professionals to abandon workstations. The announcement, made at the company's annu

Read more

Read more

Comic-Con 2026 Debuts Trailers for 'Coyote vs Acme' Movie, Plus 'Neuromancer' and 'Blade Runner 2099' Series

Big news from Comic-Con 2026: "Coyote vs. ACME" debuted its long-awaited final trailer. CNET calls it "an animation-meets-live-action story," with the Coyote catapulting into theaters this August 28. (The film began development back in 2018, but was shelved for a tax write-off in 2023 by Warner Bros. until a backlash led to its sale to Ketchup Entertainment.) The enterprise technology ecosystem is caught in a costly cycle. Over the past two years, millions of dollars have been funneled into generative AI pilots, yet many of these initiatives stall out before ever reaching a live production environment. When a project fails, the immediate instinct of technical leadership is often to blame the model: The context window was too restrictive, the latency was too high, or the reasoning capabilities simply...
