Karnataka moves to build responsible AI policy for government systems

The Karnataka government has formed a Responsible AI Committee chaired by Infosys co-founder Kris Gopalakrishnan to develop a framework ensuring safe, ethical and transparent use of artificial intelligence in governance, with policy recommendations expected within 90 days.
