A quarter of all new iPhones are now made in India

According to a new report from Bloomberg News, 25% of all new iPhones are now made in India. An estimated 55 million iPhones were manufactured in India last year, up from 36 million in 2024. India’s rise as a top iPhone manufacturing hub began back in 2017 with the iPhone SE, with the iPhone 6s joining it a year later.
