Sony's latest earbuds are the LinkBuds Clip. As the name implies, these are of the clip-on variety, a design that has become more and more popular with earbud makers recently.
The main upside of this design is that you can hear your music (or whatever's playing through the buds) as well as your surroundings. Sony says it designed these for "a comfortable, stable fit across a variety of ear types with removable Fitting Cushions, ideal to wear throughout the day".
