Although China's government sees AI as crucial to the country's economic and military future, regulations and recent purges of online content show it also fears AI could destabilize society. Unemployment Ticked Up in America's IT Sector

IT sector unemployment "increased to 3.8% in April from 3.6% in March," reports the Wall Street Journal.
