Nintendo is suing a Reddit mod for $4.5 million over Switch piracy, arguing that he sold "thousands, if not hundreds of thousands" of illegally-acquired games online. James "Archbox" Williams never responded to Nintendo's cease-and-desist last year, which has now spiralled into a default judgment.
