Сейчас устройства, конечно, износились: если флюгер еще в общем работает, то анемометр практически дохлый. Сказывается еще то, что на зиму их приходится убирать: под снегом они отказали бы гораздо быстрее, а периодический монтаж-демонтаж сказывается на их состоянии не лучшим образом.
