For the first time, scientists have directly observed atmospheric sputtering in action on Mars -- an erosion process driven by solar wind ions that may have played a major role in the planet's atmospheric and water loss. Court Nullifies 'Click-To-Cancel' Rule That Required Easy Methods of Cancellation

A federal appeals court struck down a "click-to-cancel" rule that would have required companies to make cancelling services as easy as signing up.
