Developer Starbreeze has apologised to Payday 3 players for recently being "quiet", and admitted it was "not easy to communicate when we have not been able to offer any updates" on the game's delayed patches. It looks like Diablo 4's first major expansion will be called Lord of Hatred, and focus on Prime Evil Mephisto.
