Apple Pay at Center of New Trade Secret Lawsuit

New York-based law firm Kasowitz LLP today announced that it is filing a lawsuit against Apple on behalf of its client, Texas-based company Fintiv, over alleged theft of mobile wallet technology used to create Apple Pay. Japan Law Will Require Apple to Allow Non-WebKit Browsers on iPhone

Japan's Mobile Software Competition Act will require Apple to allow non-WebKit web browsers in the App Store on the iPhone later this year. Sonos to Increase Prices Due to Tariffs

Sonos plans to raise prices for some of its products later this year because of tariff costs, the company said in its third fiscal quarter earnings presentation [PDF].
