Lifestyle app consumer spending rises 30% in Q1 2021

US consumers spent up to 30% more in lifestyle apps in Q1 2021 compared to the previous year, according to new data from SensorTower. The category attracted spending of almost $300 million during Q1. Finance apps had a great year amidst the ongoing COVID pandemic. According to new data by SensorTower, in Europe installs of the top 50 finance apps rose 31% to 102 million in 2020.
