Microsoft Copilot Customers Discover It Can Let Them Read HR Documents, CEO Emails

Biden Administration Provides $504 Million To Support 12 Tech Hubs Nationwide

Swiss Broadcasting Corporation To Pull Plug On FM Radio

Digital audio broadcasting (DAB+) and internet radio have largely replaced traditional FM radio in Switzerland, with digital radio holding an 81% share of use in spring 2023. Arctic 'Dirty Fuel' Ban For Ships Comes Into Force

Starting July 1st, ships in Arctic waters are banned from using Heavy Fuel Oil (HFO), a relatively cheap tar-like oil that's widely used in shipping around the world, especially tankers. According to the BBC, it's the "dirtiest and most climate-damaging fuel for ships." Microsoft Tells Yet More Customers Their Emails Have Been Stolen

Microsoft revealed that the Russian hackers who breached its systems earlier this year stole more emails than initially reported. A new study suggests at least 10% of scientific abstracts in 2024 were processed using large language models, researchers from the University of Tubingen and Northwestern University report.
