193 Cybercrims Arrested, Accused of Plotting 'Violence-As-a-Service'

Europol's GRIMM taskforce has arrested nearly 200 people accused of running or participating in "violence-as-a-service" schemes where cybercrime groups recruit youth online for real-world attacks.
