The pro-Russian CyberVolk group resurfaced with a Telegram-based ransomware-as-a-service platform, but fatally undermined its own operation by hardcoding master encryption keys in plaintext. Arkansas Becoming 1st State To Sever Ties With PBS, Effective July 1
